Prior to the participation in the “Toto 4D Online Contest” (herein known as “the Contest”), it’s advisable for you to take a couple of minutes to read the following Terms & Conditions and ensure that you are completely aware of it. They are unconditionally and irrevocably binding on all participants.

The Contest is organised by Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [“the Organiser”]

i. Toto 4D Standard (Big and Small)
ii. Toto 4D i-Perm (Big and Small)
iii. Toto 4D Roll (Big and Small)
此项竞赛是由多多博彩马来西亚私人有限公司[“主办方”]主办。
- 万字游戏玩法包括：

ii. 多多万字全保（大 与 小）
iii. 多多万字Roll（大 与 小）
2.1 The Contest is open to Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Sports Toto agents and agents’ employees are not eligible to enter the Contest.
此项竞赛是公开给年届21岁及以上的大马公民参加。多多博彩马来西亚私人有限公司的职员和其直系亲属，以及多多博彩代理和其职员一概不得参加。
2.2 To qualify and participate in the Contest:
i. Customers who purchased RM10 or above (excluding State Sales Tax – East Malaysia) on Toto 4D (any play type) in a single ticket is eligible to participate in the Contest.
ii. The Toto 4D ticket must be purchased within 1st November 2021 to 28th November 2021.
iii. Participants are required to submit the entry according to the dates set by The Organiser. (refer 2.4)
iv. To participate in the Contest, Participants are required to complete the details in the contest form.
v. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries; however, each participant may only win ONE (1) prize.
参赛者必须符合以下资格:
i. 凡花费RM10或以上（不包括东马州销售税）投注金，以单张彩票投注多多万字游戏（任何玩法），即可获资格参赛。
ii. 参赛者必须在2021年11月1日至2021年11月28日期间购买多多万字彩票。
iii. 参赛者必须根据主办方设定的日期提交符合资格的参赛表格。(参考2.4）
iv. 参赛者必须在参赛表格填写完整的资料。
v. 参赛者可递交多份参赛表格，惟每位参赛者只能赢取1份奖品。
2.3 Contest Period: From 1st November 2021 to 28th November 2021. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Contest at any time it deemed fit.
竞赛日期：2021年11月1日至2021年11月28日。主办方有权利更改或延长竞赛期限。
2.4 Draw will be divided into 4 weeks:

2.5 All the entries must be submitted on/before above “Last submission date” by time 23:59 hrs (GMT +8). Any submission(s) thereafter will not be entertained.
参赛者必须在上述的“最后提交日期”，晚上11点59分（格林威治时间+8小时）前提交参赛表格。任何逾期提交的参赛表格恕不受理。
3.1 The prizes for the Contest are: -
i. Weekly Prizes – RM3,000 Cash (2 x 3 weeks)
ii. Weekly Prizes – RM200 Cash (20 x 3 weeks)
iii. Grand Prize – RM10,000 Cash (1)
3.1 此项竞赛将送出一系列奖品如下: -
i. 每周奖品 –RM3,000现金奖（2份 x 三周）
ii. 每周奖品 –RM200现金奖（20份 x 三周）
iii. 大奖 –RM10,000现金奖（1份）
3.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
所有奖品不得转让或兑换成其它物品。
3.3 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the prizes without any prior notice to the participants.
主办方保有绝对权利，可在无须事先通知参赛者们的情况下，以其他奖品替代现有奖品。
3.4 Winners will be selected based on random selection basis. The judges’ decision is final and no appeal will be entertained.
主办方会以抽签的方式遴选得奖者。评审团的决定为最后决定，任何上诉恕不受理。
4.1 Winners MUST bring their ticket to redeem the prizes. The Ticket Serial Number (TSN) on the ticket must tally with the TSN provided by winners in the contest form. The prize will be forfeited if the winner fail to present the correct Ticket Serial Number (TSN) of the ticket that was drawn.
得奖者必须携带彩票前来兑领奖品。彩票上的交易序列号必须与得奖者在参赛表格上提供的交易序列号一样。如得奖者无法出示与抽选到的交易序列号相符的彩票，领取奖品的机会将被取消。
4.2 Winners have to collect their prizes as per time, date and venue stipulated by the Organiser. Failure to accept the prizes by the winners within the timeframe stipulated by the Organiser shall constitute a rejection by the winners and the Organiser reserves its right to award the prizes to other winners.
得奖者必须依照主办方公布的领奖时间、日期及地点详情前来领奖。若得奖者无法在规定的限期内领奖，此举即被视为得奖者主动放弃领奖，因此主办方有权将有关奖品颁发给其他得奖者。
4.3 Any expenses associated with this Contest such as transportation and accommodation (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the participants and the winners.
参赛者及得奖者必须自行承担有关此竞赛的一切费用如交通费及住宿费（若有）。
4.4 Winners will be informed / notified within 2 weeks after the selection of the winners via email, phone call or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
主办方将会抽选得奖者后的2个星期内，以电邮、电话或任何主办方认为合适的通讯方式通知得奖者。
4.5 Winner announcement will be posted on Sports Toto’s official online platforms.

4.6 The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft or modification of the prizes once the prizes have been collected by the winners personally or delivered via any courier company.
若得奖者亲自领取奖品或通过快递方式获取奖品，那主办方尔后无须负上因有关奖品有可能引起的一切遗失、损坏、延迟、篡改、偷窃或修改的责任。
5.1 Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to publish or display the names and/or photographs of winners for advertising or publicity purposes.
多多博彩马来西亚私人有限公司有权刊登或发布得奖者的姓名及／或照片，作为广告或宣传用途。
5.2 If for any reason or any cause beyond the control of the Organizer that this Contest is not capable of running as planned, the Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice.
若有任何原因或任何事故超越主办方的控制范围，进而导致此竞赛无法依照计划进行，那主办方可保有在无须提前给予公告下取消、终止、修改或暂停此项竞赛的权利。
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to forfeit the prizes from any winner if it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities harmful to the Contest or to the Organiser. Therefore, the Organiser reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any forfeited winner.
倘若主办方认为得奖者进行诈欺行为，进而对此项竞赛或主办方构成伤害，那主办方可保有取消有关得奖者的领奖资格之权利。因此，主办方有权抽选替代得奖者。
5.4 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
主办方无须为基于差错、遗漏、修改、篡改、缺失、盗窃、破坏或其他原因，导致参赛表格的递交或通讯方面出现逾期、遗失、不完整、错误递交、延期、字迹模糊、损坏或错误引导的情况负上任何责任。
5.5 All entries sent via the internet are at the risk of the participants and in the event there is any technical difficulties experienced arising from the internet or any associated equipment or internet security is compromised, the Organiser may at its absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry and shall not accept any liability in doing so.
参赛者须自行承担所有通过互联网发送参赛表格时所出现的风险，并且如果互联网或任何相关设备遇到任何技术困难，或者互联网的安全性受损，主办方可以自行决定取消有关参赛表格的提交资格，并对此不承担任何责任。
5.6 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, omit or add to any of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest.
主办方保有更改、删除或增加任何竞赛条规的绝对权力。若任何竞赛文宣或广告出现不一致的条规、规定或陈述，则将以此项竞赛条规为准。
5.7 By participating in the Contest, all participants will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Contest as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto.
在参加此竞赛的当下，所有参赛者将被视为经已阅读、明了及同意遵守主办方所定下的竞赛条规，以及任何额外定下的条规，包括主办方针对有关竞赛所作出的任何决定。
